1. Introduction Welcome to Villa Mandara. By booking and staying at our villa, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests. These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, but where applicable, Australian consumer protection laws may also apply.
2. Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking dates.
Payments will be made via bank transfer.
All rates are quoted in $AUD and include any applicable taxes.
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions (this document), Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 2pm | Check-out: 11am.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
4. Villa Rules
No smoking inside the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
Maximum occupancy is 6 adult guests and 2 additional children.
Noise restrictions apply from 11pm to 7am.
5. Liability & Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
The villa is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft of belongings.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
If a force majeure event occurs, we will attempt to provide alternative arrangements where possible.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be first attempted to be resolved through mediation. If not resolved, legal proceedings will follow Indonesian law, with considerations for Australian consumer laws where applicable.
